Owl Ear Relocation

Owl Ear is relocating to a new home at Ventura Market, located at 9211 E. Via De Ventura, Scottsdale, AZ 85258, opening in Summer 2027. The move is only one mile away from the current location and introduces major upgrades to customer experience, convenience, and product availability.

Key Features of the New Location

Drive‑Thru Tobacco Store:

  • Customers can purchase cigarettes, vapes, nicotine products, and more without leaving their vehicle.

Indoor Shopping + Drive‑Thru Convenience:

  • Guests can still come inside for food, snacks, and beverages, or use the new drive‑thru option.

New Cigar Lounge:

  • Intimate, comfortable setting

  • TVs available

  • Warm, inviting atmosphere

  • No more smoke‑related closures

  • Premium Walk‑In Humidor

  • Expanded premium cigar selection

  • Center‑island display

  • Fully climate‑controlled

Owl Ear is beginning a new chapter just one mile away at Ventura Market, where we’ll open our upgraded home featuring a drive‑thru, a premium walk‑in humidor, and a warm new cigar lounge.

During construction, a temporary humidor will keep your favorite products available, and our loyalty program will carry over seamlessly. We can’t wait to welcome you when we officially open in Summer 2027.

REWARDS PROGRAM

When we started Owl Ear we knew we wanted to stand out against anything every other cigar shop was doing. We decided to save our customers more money by creating a cigar loyalty program. We encourage our repeat customers to sign up for our FREE rewards program.

 

When you purchase cigars from the humidor, you will receive credit to use towards anything in the store. This reward programs gives our customers an additional discount off our already amazingly low prices. We also send out special promos and event information through our loyalty program.
